Every Step Done Thoroughly
Properly laying pavers requires skill, experience, and attention to detail to ensure a durable and attractive finished product. We first excavate and level the patio area to create a flat and stable base. Then, several inches of QP base is added and compacted to provide additional stability under the patio. After this, a small layer of paver sand is added and leveled to create a smooth and even surface. The pavers are then carefully laid in the desired pattern, with spacers used to ensure consistent spacing between each paver. Finally, the pavers are compacted using a vibrating plate compactor to set them firmly in place. Depending on the complexity of the project, additional steps such as edging, sealing, and joint sand may be added to complete the installation.
